Experience:
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in sales
Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals and exceeding sales targets
Experience in the cleaning and security industry is a plus

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate leads and close deals for cleaning and security services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Identify and qualify potential customers
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in English and Arabic
